1996 marked the release of Jerry Maguire, a film written, directed and co-produced by Cameron Crowe that resonated with audiences while presenting a unique perspective on the business of professional sports. This production follows Jerry, a successful sports agent who works for Sports Management International and handles many, many clients on a day-to-day basis. His life takes an unexpected turn after an epiphany from which he realizes that his profession needs a more sensitive and less cutthroat approach, so he proposes a new strategy working with fewer clients in order to take better care of them. This approach is not compatible with his company, so Jerry ends up being fired almost immediately. However, far from considering this a failure, the agent takes it as an opportunity, and thus launches his own agency, while embarking on a path of self-discovery and a quest for success that is about to change his life forever.

Tom Cruise stars in this blockbuster film partially inspired by the life of sports agent Leigh Steinberg alongside Cuba Gooding Jr., Renée Zellweger, Kelly Preston, and Jerry O'Connell, among many other actors. Upon its release, Jerry Maguire became a hit with critics and audiences, earning five Academy Award and three Golden Globe nominations, among many other accolades. Over the years, the production gained a considerable cult following, and the actors who were cast in it went on to star in a number of industry hits. Here's a look back at their latest projects.
