According to The Hollywood Reporter, 3rd Rock from the Sun's Joseph Gordon-Levitt is set to star as the Romantic Lead in The Frog King. This will be producer Darren Star's directorial debut.

Written by The Hitcher remake's Eric Red, the film will follow Gordon-Levitt's assistant editor character as he massively screws up his chances with the girl of his dreams.

The Frog King is one of many many acquisitions by IM Global that are gearing up for production.
