Glee and Nip/Tuck creator Ryan Murphy's new film doesn't come out until next month but it seems that Sony is reuniting him with that film's star for a new, untitled film. Deadline New York is reporting that Murphy will write and direct a new film for his Eat, Pray, Love star Julia Roberts.
The film will center on Roberts' character, a working mom married to a stay-at-home dad and, when she loses her job and her husband finds work, she has to adjust to being a full-time parent. Murphy both wrote and directed Eat, Pray, Love, which hits theaters on August 13.
It was said that, although Murphy would be returning to Glee soon, he will still write the film and aim to get production started next year, when it was said he has an "out" in his contract which would allow him to direct the film.
