With the June 12 release date for Jurassic World getting closer and closer, Universal Pictures has released a thrilling new TV spot, which literally showcases the birth of the Indominous Rex. As you may well know by now, the Indominous Rex is a new hybrid dinosaur, created in the Jurassic World laboratories, which doesn't exactly react to his new surroundings as the scientists had anticipated. This TV spot also offers new footage with Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Nick Robinson and Ty Simpkins

Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitor's interest, which backfires horribly. The supporting cast also includes Judy Greer, Vincent D'Onofrio, Jake Johnson, Katie McGrath, Lauren Lapkus and original Jurassic Park star B.D. Wong.

Original Jurassic Park director Steven Spielberg returns to executive produce Jurassic World, with Colin Trevorrow directing from a script he co-wrote with Derek Connolly. Could Jurassic World become one of this summer's biggest box office hits? Check out the latest TV spot and chime in with your thoughts below.
