The WGA strike may be stalling or slowing down many superhero film projects, but it isn't affecting Justice League of America, at least according to The Sydney Morning Herald, who caught director George Miller at the Australian Film Awards.

Miller confirms that Justice League of America was not affected by the writer's strike, and that he expects to begin shooting in 2008. However, he tantalizing dropped the suggestion that the film would be shot under a different name.

Unfortunately for fans everywhere, Miller would not comment on any of the numerous casting rumors regarding who will play DC Comic's greatest heroes in Justice League of America.
