Kate Winslet and Jodie Foster have joined Roman Polanski's upcoming adaptation of Yasmina Reza's Tony-winning play God of Carnage. According to Deadline, Matt Dillon and Christoph Waltz have signed onto play their husbands.

The screenplay, which is being written by Roman Polanski, tells the story of two sets of parents who decide to have a cordial meeting after their sons are involved in a schoolyard brawl. The union turns sour once the parents begin attacking each other over their questionable parenting skills, and soon this heated discussion turns to their martial problems as well.

While the movie is set in Brooklyn, Roman Polanski's on-going legal problems will keep the production in France. A twelve-week shooting schedule is set to star in early February.
