The new Anna Faris Playboy Bunny comedy doesn't have a title yet, but it has something else. According to Variety, newcomer Kat Dennings has just landed a starring role opposite the Scary Movie princess. The film will also mark the big screen debut of American Idol runner up Kathrine McPhee.

The script, written by Karen McCullah Lutz and Kirsten Smith, revolves around a recently sacked pin-up girl who signs up to be the new house mother at UCLA's nerdiest sorority. Fred Wolf is directing.

Faris will be playing the housemother, while Dennings takes the role of an outspoken feminist who is upset with the ex-Playboy Bunny's past. McPhee will be playing a pregnant hippy. The film is currently in pre-production.
