Fox 2000 and New Regency have picked up the novel What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty for Army Wives creator Katherine Fugate to write the adaptation.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Moriarty's novel is about a woman who suffers a head injury and wakes to find that she actually might be 10 years older and forgotten a decade of her life.

Already published Down Under by Macmillan Australia, What Alice Forgot will be released in the U.S. by Amy Einhorn/Putnam Books in late 2011.
