The rights to Jacqueline Sheehan's bestselling novel Lost & Found have been purchased by Katherine Heigl for her new production company. According to Variety, Heigl will produce the film with her mother and producing partner Nancy Heigl.
The book revolves around a widowed psychologist who moves to Maine after her husband dies. There, she takes a job working in an animal hospital hoping to come to termns with her grief. It is not known at this time if Heigl will star in the project.
The film does not have a set start date, but it will most likely go before the camera this January to beat the impending strike.
