Kurt Sutter, the executive producer of The Shield, will make his directorial debut on In-Crime, a script he wrote for Warner Bros. Pictures as part of a two-picture deal, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

Lorenzo di Bonaventura (Doom) and Antoine Fuqua (Training Day) are producing the film.

The script follows an unorthodox team of police specialists whose mission is to catch major criminals in the act. The script had a previous working title of "S.I.S." Sutter will polish up the script before it enters the casting process.
