It’s been one week since Nope star Keke Palmer launched her digital network called KeyTV, which aims to spotlight a new generation of creators. Rather than delivering the news via a standard press release, Palmer made the announcement via a video she posted to her social media accounts. In the video announcement first shared to Twitter on September 30, Palmer, who made her acting debut in 2004's Barbershop 2: Back in Business and recently appeared in Krystin Ver Linden's Alice and Pixar's Lightyear, introduced KeyTV as "a new digital network from me, for you." She also noted that the network was something she has been dreaming about and working on for the past 20 years of her career."I want to share everything I learned with you because this is my greatest dream of all," said the multi hyphenate. "All it takes is one of us to unlock a door to unlock a million doors for each other. I’m so excited to introduce you guys to KeyTV, where our stories matter and where we are represented as the keys to the culture."You can watch the full video announcement below:

Upon Palmer's announcement of the network, stars like Missy Elliott and Halle Berry tweeted out their support of the five-time NAACP Image Award-winner and Primetime Emmy Award-winner's next venture, with Berry tweeting: "so proud of you❤️❤️❤️."

In an introductory video on KeyTV's YouTube channel, Palmer explained that one of her core principles is that being on camera is not the only path to success. Instead, she noted the importance of behind-the-scenes roles like production designers, sound mixers, and key grips—and some promotional material for the network has highlighted the people who will be in these positions. "I’ve been doing this for 20 years, but this is what I’m most proud of," Palmer wrote on Instagram. “Y’all always say I keep a job, now I’m making sure we ALL got one."

It looks like Palmer is already paying it forward. When someone posted on Twitter, "Woke up this morning to see if

@KeyTVNetwork had any job openings. Baby, I woke up R E A D Y," KeyTV responded that its email inbox was open and accepting resumes. Seriously. You could work for Keke Palmer. The Keke Palmer. Like, not even kidding, the best job posting ever just opened up. Check it out.
