A new report alleges that things in Stan Lee's personal life are a lot worse than originally thought, and in the wake of this news, director/diehard comic book fan Kevin Smith has invited the comic legend to live with him. As previously reported, Stan Lee appeared at the Silicon Valley Comic Con last weekend, much to the delight of Marvel fans. However, once they saw what kind of physical condition that Lee was in, they became alarmed and criticized the staff working with Lee. Many believe that the 95-year old had not fully recovered from his bout with pneumonia and were very concerned about his wellbeing.

The latest news after the Silicon Valley Comic Con comes from the Hollywood Reporter who obtained a legal document about Stan Lee and his relationship with his daughter J.C. The document was a declaration by Lee that J.C. has wild spending habits and argued with her father about money often. Additionally, Lee stated that he feared that J.C., along with Jerardo "Jerry" Olivarez, Keya Morgan and J.C.'s attorney, Kirk Schenck, are out to gain control of all of his assets after he passes away.

Kevin Smith read the expose and immediately took to social media to invite Stan Lee to come live with him. The story struck a chord with more than Smith. Marvel fans and comic book fans in general, were very disturbed by the latest report about the comic book legend's personal life. Smith had this to say.

"This is heartbreaking. We love you, @TheRealStanLee. You are always welcome to come live with me, or please let us fans buy you a new place to live. We miss you, sir."

Kevin Smith has directed Lee before and the two have a relationship, or did at one time, so it is plausible that he could take the director up on his offer. But, that more than likely will not happen due to the even bigger mess that Lee appears to be in.

After news about the document had gotten out, and before it was notarized, Stan Lee reportedly changed his mind, or someone else did for him. His long-time attorney Tom Lallas was fired, which is the reasoning for the 9-1-1 call at Lee's place in February of this year. J.C. Lee has been consolidating power around her father and let his personal assistant go as well as anybody else who had been working for Lee for decades. Stan Lee's phone number has been changed and Keya Morgan monitors all emails and responds as Lee, since according to Morgan, Lee can no longer read small letters due to macular degeneration.

These are pretty horrifying things to hear and Kevin Smith is leading the voice to get Stan Lee the help that he deserves. Stan Lee is still currently involved with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, so many are wondering what it will take to get Disney and Marvel on board to see if they can help. As for right now, it seems that Stan Lee is being taken advantage of in the worst possible way, especially after Marvel fans saw him in person at the Silicon Valley Comic Con.
