Warner Bros. is collecting quite the interesting cast for their upcoming interpretation of the King Arthur legend Arthur & Lancelot. After nabbing The Killing's Joel Kinnaman as Sir Lancelot, they have now cast Game of Thrones' Kit Harington as King Arthur, himself.

This isn't a far stretch for Kit Harington, as he will once again be wielding a sword as he does on the popular HBO series, where he plays bastard Jon Snow. A few scheduling issues need to be worked out on Harington's side, but once those issues are resolved, filming will begin in early 2012.

The movie is being directed by David Dobkin, who is best known for his comedies, like the recent body-switch raunchfest The Change-Up and the extremely popular Wedding Crashers. Plot details for Arthur & Lancelot have yet to be divulged, but it will be a serious, action heavy adventure inline with Braveheart.
