Jones ended last night when it was announced that she had received the lowest number of votes after Tuesday's performance show. The show featured the Top 4 singers performing Barry Gibb songs after being mentored by the renowned British singer and songwriter. Jones, 27, from Ft. Meade, MD, sang "Stayin' Alive" and "Run to Me." Over 45 million votes were received after the show. On Wednesday's results show, Barry Gibb performed one of his many hits with the Bee Gees, "To Love Somebody"; Pink sang "Who Knew"; and it was revealed that Jones is not moving forward in the competition.

Excitement is building for next week, when the Final Three - Melinda Doolittle, Blake Lewis and Jordin Sparks - compete head-to-head on the live American Idol performance show Tuesday, May 15 (8:00-9:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed). Each contestant will sing three songs on the season's penultimate performance show.

Tune in the following night to find out who will be in the season-finale showdown and who will go home on the one-hour American Idol results show Wednesday, May 16 (9:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.
