NBC has decided to bring Last Call with Carson Daly back to the air for the first time since the writers' strike began. According to The Hollywood Reporter, it is the first late night show to go back into production.

Host Daly will begin taping new episodes this week. They will begin airing next Monday at 1:35 a.m. While it is the first late night show to go back into production, Ellen DeGeneres began taping new episodes of her syndicated daytime talker Ellen: The Ellen DeGeneres Show on November 6th.

There is no word on when other late night shows would return with new episodes. The staffs of NBC's late-night shows have been guaranteed their full salaries through at least the end of the month.
