Fox has given the greenlight to shoot the pilot of the adaptation of graphic novel Locke and Key from DreamWorks TV and exec producers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, according to Variety.

The hourlong series will be adapted by Josh Friedman.

The original Locke and Key graphic novel series is created and written by Joe Hill, Stephen King's son, who has created a world about brothers who live in a mysterious New England mansion. Gabriel Rodriguez created the artwork.
