Actor Luke Wilson has signed on to the cast of Straight A's, just hours after we reported Anna Paquin and Ryan Phillippe joined the cast.

The story centers on Ryan Phillippe's character, who returns to his hometown of Shreveport after turning his back on the town more than a decade ago. He must confront his ex-lover (Anna Paquin), who still has feelings for him, despite being married to his brother (Luke Wilson). Riley Thomas Stewart has also been cast as the son of Ryan Phillippe's character.

James Cox (Wonderland) is directing Straight A's from a screenplay by Dave Cole. Actor Scoot McNairy (Monsters) will produce Straight A's along with Holly Wiersma, John Pierce, and René Besson. Avi Arad, Danny Dimbort, Trevor Short, Boaz Davidson, John Thompson, Jamie Adamic, and Lati Grobman will executive produce.

Production started today in Nu Image/Millennium Films' facility in Shreveport.
