While director Robert Rodriguez certainly has a lot on his plate lately, it seems we now know what film he'll be doing in the immediate future. Gordon And the Whale recently spoke with actor Danny Trejo who revealed that he'll start shooting Robert Rodriguez's Machete in five weeks.

One film Trejo is definitely still in is Robert Rodriguez's Machete, which has been long-rumored to be rolling forward. Well now it is! Trejo said he just talked to Rodriguez yesterday and was told they would begin shooting in 5 weeks. Guess that ends the debate on what Rodriguez's next film is going to be.

The site was also reporting that Trejo was not appearing in the new Sylvester Stallone film, The Expendables, debunking rumors that he did have a role in the film.
