Actor/director Tim Robbins has boarded indie drama Man Under to helm and star alongside Michelle Pfeiffer and Chloe Moretz.

The drama is written by screenwriter Ann Cherkis and centers on a family whose life is sent into a tailspin when a picture of them is displayed in a gallery at the Museum of Modern Art.

Tim Robbins will also be directing Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely's drama City of Lies, which is an adaptation of Arthur Phillips' short story Wenceslas Square.

Michelle Pfeiffer and Chloe Moretz most recently worked together on Tim Burton's Dark Shadows.

Scott Lambert, Aimée Peyronnet and Alexandra Milchan will be producing.
