Elijah Wood was recently spotted on the set of director Franck Khalfoun's upcoming Maniac remake, written and produced by Piranha 3D director Alexandre Aja. Seen here menacing his latest victim (Genevieve Alexandra) with his signature buck knife, Elijah Wood will recreate the role of Frank from the original 1980 horror classic Maniac, about a creepy loner who works in an antique mannequin shop by day, then kills helpless woman at night due, in part, to his hatred towards his abusive mother.
