Following the the sneak peek that aired during Marvel's 75th Anniversary Special, Marvel has released a new clip from ABC's Marvel's Agent Carter, featuring Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter and Ashley Hinshaw as her roommate, Colleen O'Brien. This scene gives us a glimpse at Peggy's home life, as she tries to hide her covert work with the SSR from Colleen, telling her that she works for the phone company. It remains to be seen if Peggy's secret life will be uncovered when the eight-episode series debuts.

We reported yesterday that the series premiere, "Now is Not the End", airing Tuesday, January 6 at 8 PM ET, will follow Peggy as she is contacted by old acquaintance Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper, Marvel's Captain America: The First Avenger) when he is framed for unleashing his deadliest weapons and can trust no one else. To help Peggy clear Stark's name, he insists his butler, Edwin Jarvis, be at her beck and call--whether she likes it or not. But the risk is great: If caught, Agent Carter could be targeted as a traitor and spend the rest of her days in prison...or worse.

That episode will be followed by "Bridge and Tunnel" at 9 PM ET, where Howard Stark's deadliest weapon has fallen into enemy hands, and only Agent Carter can recover it. Check out this brief clip from the Marvel's Agent Carter series premiere to see how Peggy Carter gets ready for work at "the phone company," before the series debuts early next month.
