The men's magazine Maxim has hooked up with Screen Gems to launch a series of films much the same way National Lampoon has done in the past. According to Variety, the proper title of their first film will be Maxim's Virginity Rocks.

Melissa Carter is writing the screenplay, which revolves around a sexy transfer student who is a little too attached to her virginity. The popular stud of the school is urged by other students to end the girl's "Virginity Rocks" campaign.

This is the third film that has been set up under Maxim's new film banner. We will also be seeing Maxim's Fired Up, about two horny teens who join a cheerleading camp. And Maxim's Mardi Gras, which really needs no explanation.

Yes, they are certainly shooting for highbrow films. There is no word on when the first film would go into production. Casting is currently underway.
