The internet is never short of a rumor or two about who could be about to appear in the next Marvel Cinematic Universe project. One recent rumor concerning an appearance by rapper Megan Thee Stallion in the upcoming She-Hulk series seems to have gained a pretty solid confirmation thanks to a list of appearances by a stunt performer. While Marvel Studios is always cagy about unveiling who will turn up in their movies and shows, there is always someone with a quick eye that can spot the little details that let the cat out of the bag, which is what seems to have happened in this instance.

Last year, Bill Murray was rumored to have been cast in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania after it was noticed that a photo double of the actor was listed in the documents relating to the film's shooting schedule. This time around, The Cosmic Circus has reported on an entry in a resume of stunt performer Marche Day, which was listed on STUNT POC, and along with her stunt roles in Black Panther II, Loki and Hawkeye, she also lists being the stunt double for Megan Thee Stallion in She-Hulk.

As can be seen, the listing is pretty much cast iron when it comes to confirming the rapper's appearance in the series, which leaves the question of what character she will be playing. When rumors circulated last year about her involvement, it was suggested that she would be playing a fictionalized version of herself. Of course, there have been plenty of celebrities who have dropped in for a quick cameo appearance in the Marvel world, but the fact that Megan needs a stunt double for the show suggests that she will be involved in more than just a quick walk-on part.

She-Hulk Has Reportedly Had Issues Behind The Scenes

While She-Hulk is undoubtedly one of the eagerly awaited series coming to Disney+ sometime this year, there have been recent reports of discourse behind the scenes on the production. During an episode of The Hot Mic With Jeff and John, it was mentioned by insider Jeff Sneider that there had been some worrying creative issues when it came to the show not turning out as those in charge of it had expected. He said:

"I've heard it from people working on it, from people actually working on it who are just like, 'We'll see.' I think that's a lot of Marvel things, honestly, and you know where it's just like, 'Ugh, this could be really stupid, like we'll see.' I'm sure people making Guardians of the Galaxy felt that way, right? And most of the time [Marvel] pulls it out. But there will come a time where they won't, that's just the laws of moviemaking, the laws of numbers."

Of course, we already know that She-Hulk is taking the same kind of risk that Marvel did with WandaVision, by creating something so out of the whack with the rest of the MCU that it will stick out like a saw thumb. However, the series is pitched as a "half-hour legal comedy," which is not too dissimilar from how WandaVision started out, with it obviously being based in a sitcom world, and that didn't pan out too bad at all. We will see how the public takes to the show when it arrives on Disney+ later this year.
