The troubled production of Men in Black III has hit another roadblock with Alec Baldwin dropping out of the project. Here's what the actor had to say about Men in Black III, during an event honoring him at the Roundabout Theatre Company last night.

"I'm not doing that. I'm out of it. The schedule didn't work out."

We reported back in October that Alec Baldwin joined the Men in Black III cast, portraying the head of MIB in the year 1969. It's no surprise the scheduling didn't work out for Alec Baldwin, though, with an extended holiday hiatus that was pushed even further last month. Production is now set to begin on March 28.

It isn't clear yet if the longer hiatus has caused scheduling issues for other cast members as of yet. Since the production will concentrate on the 1969 time frame of the movie after the hiatus, Alec Baldwin will likely be re-cast, although his part could also be written out of the movie entirely.
