/michael-douglas-is-coming-to-comic-con-2014-for-marvels-ant-man/Earlier in the week, Michael Douglas confirmed that he is heading to San Diego with his son Dylan for Comic-Con 2014 to promote his upcoming Marvel adventure Ant-Man. He went on Late Show with David Letterman last night, and talked more about the event, claiming that Marvel has a whole 'evening and night' planned, though the studio has yet to confirm its schedule or day of arrival.

Neither David Letterman nor Michael Douglas seems too interested in comic books. When the late night host brings up the subject, the actor had this to say.

"I'm not a comic guy. A couple of people on your staff know about it. I don't think it was one of your major ones...One of your super ones and all that...But this is about an ant..."

Michael Douglas then explains to Letterman that he's not really allowed to talk about the upcoming Phase Three adventure.

"I'm afraid to mention it even right now, I'll get a blowgun in the back of the neck...You know? If you talk about their superheroes."

He didn't mind blowing Marvel's somewhat secretive plans for Comic-Con 2014 though.

"I'm taking Dylan out to Comic-Con for the first time in my life, which I hear is a scene and a half....They just say it is insane. They say it's completely insane. It's a little bit like a Halloween party. Everybody gets dressed up as their favorite characters...I'm not quite sure. But Marvel has a night and evening planned."
