Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Michael Goldenberg has signed on to adapt the fifth installment of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, for producer David Heyman and Warner Bros. Pictures.

The project is expected to begin principal photography in late 2005 or early 2006 for release in summer 2007. Steve Kloves, who wrote the screenplays for the first four Harry Potter films, has opted to step away from the series to adapt and direct another Warner Bros. project, "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time," based on the best-selling novel by Mark Haddon.
