The first trailer for Mile 22 was released back in May and many viewers were under the assumption that it was a Red Band trailer because of the language and bloody action. However, that wasn't the case at all. It seems that Mile 22 is just an intense action-thriller that looks like a perfect way to end the summer at the box office. If that wasn't enough, the latest trailer also features a brand-new song from Migos that helps to get the blood pumping along with the visuals on the screen.

In a visceral modern thriller from director Peter Berg (Lone Survivor), Mark Wahlberg stars as James Silva, an operative of the CIA's most highly-prized and least-understood unit. Aided by a top-secret tactical command team, Silva must retrieve and transport an asset who holds life-threatening information to Mile 22 for extraction before the enemy closes in. The whole plan sounds pretty easy, but it all goes to hell real fast as seen in the new trailer. Wahlberg's Silva character at one point says, "If we fail, there is no backup plan," which sounds pretty grim, especially considering how the rest of the trailer pans out.
