Millie Bobby Brown quickly became a recognized name in Hollywood, rising to stardom with her role as Eleven on the Netflix series Stranger Things. The 18-year-old actress has played a leading role for four seasons so far, in which we've seen a complete transformation in how the character is portrayed on screen.

Now, Brown is gearing up for the fifth and final season in the series, which should be the wildest audiences have seen yet. Stranger Things 4 upped the production level across the board with excellent virtual and practical effects and a broader story ranging from the cold tundra of Russia to southern California and, of course, Hawkins.

After spending the last six years of her career mainly with Netflix, Brown may be looking to branch out and expand her filmography. During an interview with Collider, the actress discussed Stranger Things coming to a close and how she has feelings of sadness and excitement for the future.

"It has been a huge part of my life, and it will be sad for the most part, but there is an inkling of me being able to finally let go of her, and being able to free up some of my schedule to be able to tell some stories of my own."

It's not surprising to hear Brown's wish to have a free schedule, as many actors associated with one character look to be recognized for something more later in their career. But, of course, the actress may always go hand in hand with Eleven and Stranger Things, although she has cemented her spot as the titular character in another Netflix feature film franchise.

Though her most recognizable role is undoubtedly in Stranger Things, Millie Bobby Brown has ventured into the feature film space with two outings in the Enola Holmes franchise. The first film, released in 2020, follows the titular character and sister of Sherlock Holmes (Henry Cavill). Throughout the movie, Enola proves herself as a detective in her own right, outwitting her brother and solving a dangerous conspiracy.

Enola Holmes 2 was released this week, Friday, Nov. 4, with Cavill and Brown reprising their roles. Enola is now a detective-for-hire, taking on her first case, where she's tasked with finding a missing girl in yet another mystery proving to be more dangerous than she initially thought.

Now that two films have been released in the franchise, Brown is hoping for a third installment. During her Collider interview, the actress says, "I mean, obviously, I really hope so. I love Enola, and I know that, now, people are very much invested in the character and the plot, and I can only hope that Netflix provides that trust and opportunity once more."

Netflix has all the Millie Bobby Brown any fan could need. The first four seasons of Stranger Things are available to stream now, alongside the newly released Enola Holmes 2 and its initial installment.
