According to The Hollywood Reporter, Emmy winner Mimi Leder has come on board to direct and executive produce Fox's drama pilot Vanished. The show chronicles the disappearance of a senator's wife over the course of the season. Leder replaces Antoine Fuqua, who originally was tapped to direct and exec produce the pilot but had to drop out because of a potential feature commitment. Josh Berman wrote the script.
Additionally, Fox has picked up two pilots, the comedy 'Til Death from writer-producer Cathy Yuspa and Josh Goldsmith and the drama Beyond from feature writer David Self. Fox also has ordered Bash, a half-hour alternative presentation from Fox 21.
