The video game world is patiently waiting for Mortal Kombat 11 as well as a long-planned movie reboot, so fan artist BossLogic is already reimagining what that may look like. After it was announced that Ronda Rousey will be playing Sonya Blade in the game, the artist started to make new additions for some of the other characters that include Keanu Reeves, Terry Crews, and Gal Gadot. As with everything else that the artist does, these new art pieces are starting to get some major attention, and in this case, Crews is very impressed with the work.

Keanu Reeves is Kenshi in the latest Mortal Kombat 11 art from BossLogic. The character was a late addition to the game franchise and the artist has nailed the look. Kenshi is a skilled swordsman who was permanently blinded by a soul-stealing sword. The character wears a blindfold, which led BossLogic to include a hashtag alerting his followers that this is not a Bird Box challenge. Netflix's horror movie has inspired a lot of people to wear a blindfold and attempt weird stunts.

Terry Crews is Jax in BossLogic's Mortal Kombat 11 art and he has the look down. Even Crews, who saw the work on social media, commented on it, giving BossLogic props. Jax is a huge character in the franchise and was even featured in the 1995 feature film. Mortal Kombat 11 director Ed Boon commented on the artwork too, but his was more cryptic since it has yet to be revealed if the character will be in the upcoming game or not. Fan consensus believes that he will and Boon's comment leans that way too.

One of the more famous characters from the Mortal Kombat series is Kitana so BossLogic went with another big-name actress for this reimagining. Gal Gadot looks incredible as Kitana in the artwork, which when paired with the rest of these pieces, makes for an all-star cast. The character is the daughter of Queen Sindel and the adoptive daughter of the villainous Emperor Shao Kahn. Despite looking like Gadot, the character is over 10,000 years old, so her looks have held up remarkably well, considering her advanced age.

Mortal Kombat 11 is set to arrive on April 23rd, 2019 for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PC. The game will allow players to customize their characters giving, "unprecedented control to customize the fighters and make them your own." Maybe some crafty players will take BossLogic's ideas and run with them, putting Keanu Reeves, Gal Gadot, and Terry Crews into the highly anticipated game. Aside from the customization features, the game is promoting a "new graphics engine showcasing every skull-shattering, eye-popping moment, brings you so close to the fight you can feel it." It sounds pretty intense to say the least. While we wait for the game, you can check out the Mortal Kombat 11 fan art below, thanks to BossLogic's Twitter account.
