THR has released an official list of the most viewed trailers of 2014. And you may be surprised to see which movie came in first. While a lot of your are probably guessing Star Wars: The Force Awakens, it was actually Fifty Shades of Grey that took top honors. While Star Wars: The Force Awakens had the best start of the year, grabbing 58.2 million views in its first five days of release, it was Fifty Shades of Grey that won the race with its four month head start. The trailer has been viewed 93 million times on Youtube since its July 24 release. Don't feel too bad for Star Wars 7, though, as it came in second place with 81 million Youtube views since its debut over Thanksgiving weekend. In third place was Avengers: Age of Ultron with 78 million views. Here is the full top 20 list of most watched trailers followed by the trailers themselves. 1Fifty Shades of Grey

Total Lifetime Views: 93 million. Release Date: February 14, 2015. Story: A literature student (Dakota Johnson) begins a daring affair with a controlling businessman (Jamie Dornan) whose sexual proclivities push the boundaries of pain and pleasure.

2Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Total Lifetime Views: 81 million. Release Date: December 18, 2015. Story: There are no story details for this 7th chapter in the Star Wars saga. The movie is directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan & Abrams, and features a cast that includes actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Academy Award winner Lupita Nyong'o, Gwendoline Christie, Crystal Clarke, Pip Andersen, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow. They will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker. The film is being produced by Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams, and Bryan Burk, and John Williams returns as the composer.

3Avengers: Age of Ultron

Total Lifetime Views: 78 million. Release Date: May 16, 2015. Story: When Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) jumpstarts a dormant peacekeeping program, things go terribly awry, forcing him, Thor (Chris Hemsworth), the Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and the rest of the Avengers to reassemble. As the fate of Earth hangs in the balance, the team is put to the ultimate test as they battle Ultron (James Spader), a technological terror hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they encounter two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Pietro and Wanda Maximoff.

4Jurassic World

Total Lifetime Views: 64 million. Release Date: May 15, 2015. Story: Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park (1993), Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitor's interest, which backfires horribly.

5Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Total Lifetime Views: 58 million. Release Date: August 8, 2014. Story: Spawned from a lab experiment gone awry, teenage terrapins Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael live in the sewers beneath New York. Although their rodent sensei, Splinter, advises against showing themselves above ground, the justice-loving, pizza-eating brothers can't stand idly by while evil Shredder and his minions terrorize the city. With help from intrepid reporter April O'Neil (Megan Fox) and her cameraman (Will Arnett), the Turtles set out to save New York.

6Furious 7

Total Lifetime Views: 57.5 million. Release Date: April 3, 2015. Story: Deckard Shaw seeks revenge against Dominic Toretto and his family for the death of his brother in this 7th installment in the franchise. The movie marks Paul Walker's final film before his untimely death in 2013.

7Minions

Total Lifetime Views: 54 million. Release Date: July 10, 2015. Story: he story of Minions begins at the dawn of time. Starting as single-celled yellow organisms, Minions evolve through the ages, perpetually serving the most despicable of masters. Continuously unsuccessful at keeping these masters-from T. rex to Napoleon-the Minions find themselves without someone to serve and fall into a deep depression. But one Minion named Kevin has a plan, and he-alongside teenage rebel Stuart and lovable little Bob-ventures out into the world to find a new evil boss for his brethren to follow. Story:In need of a new kidney and having learned that he has a long-lost daughter, dimwit Harry Dunne (Jeff Daniels) snaps his equally cretinous pal, Lloyd Christmas (Jim Carrey), out of an apparent fugue state to accompany him on a journey to find her. The witless wonders criss-cross the country using whatever mode of transportation they can find, ultimately arriving at the one place on Earth where they least belong: a summit of the world's most brilliant minds.

10Interstellar

Total Lifetime Views: 39 million. Release Date: November 7, 2014. Story: In Earth's future, a global crop blight and second Dust Bowl are slowly rendering the planet uninhabitable. 14X-Men: Days of Future Past

Story:Convinced that mutants pose a threat to humanity, Dr. Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage) develops the Sentinels, enormous robotic weapons that can detect a mutant gene and zero in on that person. In the 21st century, the Sentinels have evolved into highly efficient killing machines. 15Dracula Untold

19Mad Max: Fury Road

Total Lifetime Views: 26 million. Release Date: May 15, 2015. Story: Though determined to wander the post-apocalyptic wasteland alone, Mad Max (Tom Hardy) joins Furiosa (Charlize Theron), a fugitive imperator, and her band who are all trying to escape a savage warlord.

20Pitch Perfect 2

Total Lifetime Views: 25.8 million. Release Date: May 15, 2015. Story:The Barden Bellas enter an international a cappella competition which no American team has ever won.
