Summary
Set in a fictional country besieged by a civil war that's been waged for so long that people have forgotten why they were fighting, a wandering troubadour named Jack Fate (Dylan), is busted out of prison by his former manager (Goodman), so he can perform at one last concert, in what is both a chance to rekindle his career, and help bring a divided country back together.
