Summary
Described as a look at the seedy underbelly of the city of love. The title is a spoof on the romantic portmanteau feature Paris, je t'aime (2006), which featured directors Gus van Sant, Alexander Payne, Tom Tykwer, Walter Salles and the Coen brothers, among others. The producers are pitching Paris IKU as the first of a possible "horror city" franchise, again aping Paris je t'aime producers, who spun off the romantic capitals format with New York, I Love You and planned versions for Shanghai and Jerusalem.
