Columbia Pictures is developing a third installment of the "Bad Boys" franchise. The studio hopes to have a script that would reunite director Michael Bay, producer Jerry Bruckheimer and stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. The first "Bad Boys" was released in 1995 and grossed $66 million domestically and $141 million worldwide. The 2003 sequel grossed $138 million domestically and $273 million worldwide.

The classic story told of a young girl named Clara who receives a nutcracker doll from her godfather on Christmas Eve. When she goes to check on it later that night, the clock strikes midnight, and she finds herself thrust into a fantastical world where she is in the middle of a war between gingerbread soldiers and an army of mice.

Director Peter Jackson is creating a new 3D film, using archive footage captured during World War One. The images are being digitally restored and will be hand-colourised and accompanied by original audio. The Oscar-winner has restored the 100-year-old footage - some of which has never been seen before - from the Imperial War Museum's archive.
It will premiere at the BFI London Film Festival before being broadcast on BBC One on 11 November, Armistice Day.
