TV App TV Time, the world’s largest platform tracking TV and movie releases, has been causing a bit of a stir for Marvel fans as not only have they seemed to reveal that She-Hulk will be premiering on Disney+ in June, but also have published a release date and episode titles for the Ms. Marvel series. While Marvel Studios has been traditionally secretive about both of their upcoming shows, there is not much to suggest that the information shown on the TV Time app is not accurate, and that would suggest that we will be seeing Ms. Marvel premiere in May.

Ms. Marvel will introduce Iman Vellani as Kamala Kahn to the MCU, Pakistani-American who finds herself taking on superhuman powers after being exposed to a Terrigen bomb. With Captain Marvel as her idol, Kahn’s progress from ordinary superhero wannabe to fully-fledged Marvel heroine will form the primary basis for the series, which itself will act as a lead into next year’s movie The Marvels. While there have been some questions over which of her comic book iteration’s powers will be transferred to her screen appearance, TV Time have listed the first episode as having the title of “Kamala Khan: Embiggen!”, which suggests that her ability to “embiggen” things will be on show in the series.

As can be seen in the image above, the first episode’s title is clearly an introduction to the character and also seems to settle the ongoing debate about changes having been made to the new hero’s powers. Beyond that, the titles allude to certain aspects of the character’s comic book appearances and some of the leaked set images seen recently. Episode Two’s title of “Lockin’ Jaws” seems to hint at the inclusion of the Inhuman bulldog, Lockjaw, while the third and fourth episode link to the fact that Kahn idolizes Carol Danvers, and with her recently acquired powers will be the “new kid” of the MCU.

Despite Ms. Marvel Still Undergoing Reshoots, a May Release is Not Too Ambitious

It was well documented last year that when Loki debuted on Disney+, the finale was still being worked on and was not complete until a few weeks before it aired on the platform. With that in mind, the release date of May 13th listed on the app is a very realistic one for the show to achieve even with reshoots currently happening. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is currently set to arrive in cinemas on May 6th, but director Sam Raimi only last month said that even now he is not sure he is finished shooting new material, so Ms. Marvel is in good company.

Just like the information revealed in the app about the She-Hulk series, there is currently no official word on either the episode titles or the listed release date of Ms. Marvel. That said, the details seem to have an authenticity about them that would suggest they are solid and accurate at the moment. Of course, the Marvel schedules have been changing quite dramatically in the last few months, and there is just a chance that they could continue to evolve in the next few months if reshoots drag on longer than expected. For now though, these new details will give Marvel fans a little something to chew on while they wait for an official announcement.
