MTV Films has picked up the comedy, Kanan Rhodes: Unkillable Servant of Justice from Bob Odenkirk, who will also direct and produce through his Type-O Productions.

The film will follow the misadventures of Rainn Wilson, a man who serves subpoenas with the suaveness, intensity and conviction of James Bond, though that is where the similarity ends, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Odenkirk has scheduled a quick rewrite and then plan to shoot Kanan Rhodes: Unkillable Servant of Justice in May. He's also looking for a 'superpowered' young comedy cast to join Rainn.
