MTV and Ken Mok (executive producer of America's Next Top Model) are co-producing the reality show twentyfourseven, a real-life version of the HBO showbiz comedy Entourage, says Variety.

The series will consist of eight episodes which follows seven friends -- an aspiring entrepreneur, his rock star brother, an actor, a record producer, a filmmaker, a club promoter and a hippie reggae singer -- who dream of making it big in Hollywood.

MTV executive vice-president Lois Curren said "These are real friends living real-life situations, and our viewers will get a unique look inside their lives as they make their way into adulthood".

The program is scheduled to premiere at the end of this year.
