While Earl and his list might not be welcome at NBC anymore, it seems a cable network has shown interest. According to The Hollywood Reporter, cable network TBS has entered into early talks to bring the recently-canceled NBC series My Name Is Earl to the cable network.

TBS has already inked a deal to air repeats of the series, which NBC canceled last month, but it was said that the network is also mulling an order of 13 brand new episodes on the network.

It was said that a deal is still a long ways away as both sides are trying to determine if a network series can be produced on a lower budget under the basic cable format.
