While NBC has had success with the celebrity version of Donald Trump's business-fueled reality series, they're bringing back the original version as well. Variety is reporting that NBC and Trump will reunite with a new season of the original version of The Apprentice.

It was said that this new season of the original The Apprentice would air this fall on the network, with a new season of Celebrity Apprentice to follow in the winter.

"So many people have been asking me when we're bringing the original show back," Trump told the trade paper. "I'm not sure I had that interest two and a half or three years ago. But the concept of what has happened with the economy has really stoked interest."

The show would likely follow the format of the original series, with real-life entrepreneurs all living in a house together and competing in challenges on the show, with the winner awarded a job inside Trump's organization. However, it was said that there will be a twist with the firings, with Trump said to be doling out career advice to those booted off the show.

"We've got to do something about the economy and this is a terrific way to provide jobs as well as business lessons along the way," Trump said.

Casting has already begun for the new season, which was said to start shooting in either June or July.
