Netflix is putting it's money where it's mouth is.

In a story from The Hollywood Reporter, in an effort to "improve its movie-recommendation system" it's offering $1 million for the help.

Starting Monday, they are launching a new initiative that is "part of Netflix's effort to sharpen its competitive edge as it continues a bitter duel with Blockbuster Inc. and prepares for an anticipated onslaught of services that make it easier to download movies on to computer hard drives."

Network is hoping to not only find new ways to serve it's existing clientele, but they also hope that the initative will attract new subscribers to it's online service.
