It looks like this format war of ours might be coming to an end very very soon.

According to a story from The Digital Bits, it has been confirmed that New Line Cinema is ditching its support of HD DVD and going over to the Blu-Ray camp. New Line Cinema is a property of Warner Bros., but it was said by a Warner exec that each affiliate will make their own separate announcements. The Digital Bits confirmed the news with "a senior New Line Home Entertainment executive" who also added that Pan's Labyrinth was the last film to be released in HD DVD.
