If you were at Comic-Con and saw this teaser trailer for TR2N, you'd probably want to know a little behind it. Jim Hill Media is reporting that original Tron writer-director Stephen Lissberger's script for the sequel, which he'd apparently beenn working on for five years, will not be used in the film.

Instead, Pixar's John Lassetter, who's spearheading the project, has commissioned Lost writers Eddie Kitsis and Adam Horowitz to writer the sequel. Joseph Kosinski will direct the sequel, making his feature directorial debut.

From the footage shown, it appears that original Tron Jeff Bridges will at least make an appearance in the film, although the extent of his involvement isn't known at this time.
