It's New Year's Eve. So you better get those whoopee whistles and cardboard top hats ready. At the stroke of midnight, we will officially enter a new decade as we reboot the roaring 20s for the modern age. It will be 2020 starting tomorrow. So what better way to start a whole new year than with the movies we love the most?

Sure, we'll always have Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, which this year features BTS, who are currently getting ready in the heart of Times Square to set the stage on fire. But if you're not into that whole K-Pop scene, we've got the perfect New Year's Eve countdown video for you to enjoy, which has some of our favorite characters counting us into a new start for the world.

Dr. Machakil is responsible for cobbling this video together, which is officially called 60 Seconds Left - New Year Movie Countdown'. He offers this quick message to fans and newcomers alike, "Here we go again. Let the movies do the new year countdown for you. Happy New year everyone!"

The video kicks off with Samuel L. Jackson as Ray Arnold from Jurassic Park as he delivers the iconic line, "Hold onto you butts." We then get Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow saying, "See you in a minute." A memorable moment from Avengers: Endgame which marks her doomed fate. Tessa Thompson's Valkyrie from Thor: Ragnarok asks, "For What?" And it's Jeff Goldblum as David Levinson in Independence Day that answers, "Count down!" With an excited Harvey Fierstein as Marty Gilbert reiterating the fact, "A countdown to what, David!?!"

Next we get some of our favorite movie characters from the past couple of decades counting down from 60 seconds, starting with John Travolta in Swordfish to Obi-Wan Kenobi in A New Hope delivering the number One. The clock strikes midnight, and we get Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd in Trading Places wishing us a Happy New Year.

Who else shows up in the countdown video? Jennifer Aniston, Ice Cube, Martin Freeman, Audrey Hepburn, Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly, Jamie Lee Curtis, Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, Johnny Depp as Ed Wood, Jeff Goldblum, Mel Gibson as Braveheart, Ian McKellan, Dan Aykroyd as Joe Friday, Mickey Rourke, Ken Watanabe, Tom Hanks, Keanu Reeves, Jim Carrey, Brad Pitt, Robert Carlyle, Christopher Walken, Laurence Fishburne, Dante from Clerks, Jon Hamm, Data from The Goonies, Bill Murray, Kathrine Zeta Jones, Bruce Willis, Martin Lawrence, Russell Crowe, River Phoenix, Cheech Marin, Ellen Page, Harrison Ford, James Gandolfini, Benedict Cumberbatch, Al Pacino, Jake Gyllenhaal, Kevin Costner, Amy Adams, Steve Carrell,Matthew McConaughey, Matt Damon, Kristen Dunst, Jeremy Renner, Linda Blair, Millie Bobbie Brown as Eleven, George Clooney, Julianne Moore, Woody from Toy Story, Emperor Palpatine, Hulk from Avengers: Endgame, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ving Rhames from Pulp Fiction and a few others sprinkled in.
