After picking up one notable actor for his new HBO pilot Luck, David Milch is eye-ing another four more: Kevin Dunn, Kerry Condon, Nick Nolte, and Tom Payne.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the news follows last week's news that Dustin Hoffman signing on as the lead role and it was said that Nolte would play a horse trainer in the film. The series would center on Hoffman's character, who just served a four-year stint in prison as he puts a plan together involving a horse racing track.

Dennis Farina and John Ortiz have already been cast for the pilot, which David Milch wrote and Michael Mann will direct. It was said that production on the pilot will start in a few weeks and the network is aiming at a 2011 release for the series.
