Spoiler Warning: Obi-Wan Kenobi Parts I-IIIObi-Wan Kenobi has wrung tears, shouts, laughs, and sobs from its viewers so far, and it's only three episodes in! The show is classic Star Wars through and through, yet it successfully blends, melds, and weaves together many key Star Wars spin-offs and additions to the original trilogies. There is much about this show to get jazzed about, even beyond seeing beloved actor Ewan McGreggor don the brown Jedi robes and that luscious beard once again.

The series has boundless possibilities. Anything could unfold next! After the Earth-shattering introduction of Darth Vader (Hayden Christensen) and the emotionally-charged and maddeningly anti-climactic fight that ensued between former padawan and master, audiences everywhere are on the edge of their seats to see what revelations Obi-Wan Kenobi still holds. That fight scene accomplished the reintroduction of James Earl Jones as Darth Vader. However, we saw a rusty Obi-Wan running away and hiding from the monster he had a hand in creating and is not ready to face yet. It is guaranteed that fans are in for the lightsaber battle of the ages at some point in the series' second half, and we could not be more excited.

It is certainly clear that Anakin has put considerable thought into how he will get his revenge for some time, almost immediately dunking and dragging Obi-Wan into a sea of fire as soon as he finds him. The revelation that Obi-Wan had a brother before Anakin became like a brother makes their deadly rivalry even more gut-wrenching and emotional. Until the next big tear-jerking battle, here are all the Easter eggs, crossovers, tie-ins, and cameos the show has given us so far!

Obi-Wan Kenobi Easter Eggs & Cameos

Obi-Wan Kenobi - Zach Braff Cameo
Disney+

There are a variety of cultural crossovers, Clone Wars Easter eggs, and cameos that are, in some cases, even more shocking than Massachusetts comedian Bill Burr's appearance in The Mandalorian. The Red Hot Chili Pepper's bassist Flea having his fifteen minutes of Star Wars fame has been a marvel. Indeed, if the Red Hot Chili Peppers were a Star Wars canon band, they would probably have a similar repute and appearance as Flea does in his role.

Also, as the precarious and traitorous driver of transport that Kenobi and Leia (Vivien Lyra Blair) must board to reach a ship off-planet, Zach Braff's performance can be admired beneath all that impressive alien makeup. Braff is an increasingly accomplished director following his successful run on the hit medical show Scrubs. Another delightful real-life tie-in to the show is that Obi-Wan encounters a saleswoman on the streets of a planet he must rescue Princess Leia from and then escape with her safely to Alderan. This woman explains to Obi-Wan that there is no hope of him finding any missing young girls, as she was once "someone's daughter," too. In fact, she is Ewan McGreggor's real-life daughter, and we can't help but get choked up that they shared this significant scene together.

One of the most exciting collections of Easter eggs for fans is the scene when Kenobi and Leia are smuggled by an undercover resistance fighter into a secret bunker, one through which many outlaw Jedi have passed before them. Fans can enjoy even more evidence that, in a post-Jon Favreau's entrance into the Star Wars world, Clone Wars is most definitely canon. On the wall is written, heartbreakingly, "Quinlan was here," which is a reference to the Clone Wars Jedi Quinlan Vos. Meanwhile, the Bad Batch's Kanan Jarrus is also name-dropped, hinting at what has become of him. It's unknown if a live-action appearance by any of these characters will be made.

What Other Tie-Ins Can We Expect From Obi-Wan Kenobi?

Moses Ingram Third Sister Reva
Lucasfilm Ltd.

Kenobi is not shy about eloquently tying in so many Star Wars series, novels, and spin-offs, and this is truly a dream come true for fans. What this is all, we hope, building up to, is the revelation of a certain purple lightsaber-wielding Jedi's survival of Order 66, but we won't name any names. We will say that a return of said Jedi would probably shake the very foundation of civilization, being the ultimate tie-in, crossover, Easter egg, and/or "gotchya" moment in television history. It is definitely possible that we could get our wish.

The certain A-list actor who plays said Jedi has already expressed interest in returning to the franchise in a huge way. We've already seen about 98% of the footage revealed in the series' only trailers. We've even seen Obi-Wan and Anakin/Darth Vader have their first encounter after Kenobi took the high ground. We've seen the Empire's Reva (Moses Ingram) in all her breakout glory. We've actually seen more than any of the trailers betrayed to us. What happens now is absolutely anyone's guess.
