The Fourth Kind director Olatunde Osunsanmi has lined up a new project with producer Akiva Goldsman entitled Dark Moon, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Olatunde Osunsanmi will write and direct the movie for Warner Bros., which will be a "found footage" thriller set on the moon. Dark Moon will explore the notion that missions to the moon did not stop after Apollo 17, with a story that revolves around a covert mission to explore previously-classified discoveries.

Akiva Goldsman will produce Dark Moon through his Weed Road Productions shingle. No production schedule has been released.
