The Guardian's Omari Hardwick has found another job. According to Variety, he has landed the lead role in Sony's Linewatch.

The film follows a former gang member who becomes a Border Patrol Agent. He must go to great lengths to protect his family from a ruthless gang leader. Cuba Gooding Jr. will play the Agent, while Hardwick will step into the skin of the psychotic gangster.

The film will start shooting in September. Kevin Bray is directing the project.
