After debuting at Comic-Con last weekend, Warner Bros. has finally released the third and final trailer for Pan. In theaters this October, the classic J.M. Barrie fairytale gets an origin story. We get to see how Peter and Hook became such bitter enemies, after starting off as great friends. And we get to see Hugh Jackman deliver a delicious performance as the iconic pirate Blackbeard. This trailer also offers up plenty of thrills, including a fierce mermaid played by Suicide Squad's Cara Delevingne and one giant Crocodile that belongs in a horror movie. It promises to wow adult audiences and give small children nightmares for decades to come.

There is plenty of new footage in this latest sneak peek at director Joe Wright's revisionist take on the iconic story of the boy who never grew up, never got old, partied all night, and slept all day. The film will be released in 3D IMAX and 2D, offering a twist to the tale of an orphan who is spirited away to the magical, mythical Neverland. There, he finds fun and adventure, and dangers that are unexpected. He discovers his destiny, and unlocks the key to becoming the childhood hero known world over as Peter Pan!

A live-action feature, we go back to the very beginning to see how the beloved characters created by J.M. Barrie lived and flourished before we ever got to meet them in the pages of a book. We're introduced to newcomer Levi Miller as Peter, a mischievous 12-year-old boy with an irrepressible rebellious streak. In the bleak London orphanage where he has lived his whole life, those qualities do not exactly fly. Then one incredible night, Peter is whisked away from the orphanage and suddenly finds himself in a fantastical world of pirates, warriors and fairies called Neverland.

It's here that he finds his true calling, fighting life-or-death battles while trying to uncover the secret of his mother. She left him at the orphanage so long ago, and he never got to know her. Now, his destiny leads him to his rightful place in this magical land. Teamed with the warrior Tiger Lily (Rooney Mara) and a new friend named James Hook (Garrett Hedlund), Peter must defeat the ruthless pirate Blackbeard (Hugh Jackman) to save Neverland.

The film also stars Taejoo Na as Kwahu, Nonso Anozie as Bishop, Kathy Burke as Mother Barnabas, Kurt Egyiawan as Murray, Lewis MacDougall as Nibs, newcomer Leni Zieglmeier as Wendy Darling, Jack Charles as The Chief/Tiger Lily's father, and Amanda Seyfried as Mary. If you missed Comic-Con and wanted to finally see what all the hype was surrounding this trailer, which stole some eyes off the hugely anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, here is that awesome preview. It proves to be scary, funny, campy and the perfect way to bring Peter Pan into a new age of fantasy filmmaking. There won't be a bigger movie this October!
