Ed Solomon has sold the comedy pitch Me & Olivia to Paramount Pictures, says The Hollywood Reporter. Insiders estimate the deal to be worth more than $1 million. Lorenzo di Bonaventura is producing the film through his Paramount-based di Bonaventura Pictures.

Described as being in the vein of Bruce Almighty, the story centers on a man who finds the solution to his on-the-job problems via the imaginary world of his 6-year-old daughter.

Solomon also will pen the screenplay with writing partner Chris Matheson.
