Though nothing is "official" yet, Paramount Pictures appears to be very close to making some announcement regarding the release of it's HD-DVDs.

In a story from The Digital Bits, the first three DVDs the company will most likely bring to market are U2: Rattle and Hum, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider and Four Brothers. U2: Rattle and Hum will mark the first music DVD to be released in the HD format.

The planned date of release is June 20th, 2006 but nothing is finalized.

Also, The Bits also reports that according to Universal Pictures, the companies "first day and day and date HD-DVD release" will most likely be The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.
